We’re seeking a Change Manager to join our Managed Services Team in VIC. 

The Service Delivery Change Control Specialist ensures continuous availability of IT services by effectively managing and governing requests for change. The goal of Change Management is to respond to both Internal and Customer’s changing business requirements while maximising value and reducing incidents, disruptions and rework.

Your day at NTT

  • Establishing Change Management into the Managed Services accounts
  • Configure / align toolsets to meet Change Management requirements
  • Work closely with Services business to ensure Change Management discipline is applied
  • Ensure RFC assessments are undertaken ensuring all rules are abided to.
  • Maintenance of Change Management documentation
  • Provide input for CMDB to be updated with all change related info and documents.
  • Ensure close working relationship with the CMDB team.


What would make you a good fit for this role?

  • Experience in IT service delivery
  • Change Management experience (compulsory) 
  • ITIL and/or MOF knowledge Required
  • ITIL Certification v3 or higher
  • Based in Melbourne Victoria
