The role is for a Mid to Senior Professional Services Engineer to our high performing and rapidly growing Digital Workplace team. The role will see you being part of a technical delivery team or the lead (only) technical resource on smaller projects. 

The role will require on site client visits although you will work remotely for the most part. There will be some out of hours work as the project demands.

Working at NTT 

You will be involved in:

  • Greenfield builds, upgrades, user migrations.
  • Creating and contributing to design documentation, migration and test plans.  Change requests and As Builts.


  • Cisco CUCM, CMS,  Webex
  • Cisco Qube, Cloud calling
  • Cisco Voice Gateways
  • Sonas and/or Audio Codes SBC’s
  • SfB
  • SIP, configuration and migration experience
  • MS Teams and Teams Calling
  • Pexip
  • Polycom
  • Crestron Meeting room technology

What will make you a good fit for the role? 

  • Proven experience as engineer, with collaboration tools in either Cisco OR MS Teams
  • Experience with Cisco CUCM, CMS, Webex, Cisco Qube, Cloud calling, Cisco Voice Gateways, Sonos and/ or Audio Codes SBC's, SfB, SIP, configurations and migration exp, MS Teams and Teams Calling
  • Experience with Pexip, Polycom and Crestron Meeting technology (nice to haves)
  • In depth technical knowledge as a result of deployment and build activities, NOT just from a support perspective.
  • Be client focused, driven, articulate and accountable.
  • Be happy to work in a team as the technical lead as well as working autonomously.
  • Previous experience working with a Systems Integrator preferred.
